ORDERS & DELIVERY
First of all, thank you for ordering from us!
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email of your order. If you haven’t received the confirmation mail, please check your spam box first. If it’s not in the spam box please send us an email at email@example.com
Please allow 24-48 hours to see if the package shows up. Some mail carriers will mark it as delivered when it is still in the truck.
We are not accountable for damaged, lost, or stolen packages after the driver confirms delivery of the package.
We advise following the provided tracking information on the day of delivery to receive the package in person at the time of delivery.
You will receive an email or SMS notification when the package has been delivered. If you cannot find your package, please do the following:
- Check anywhere at the delivery address where the shipping provider may have hidden the package;
- Check with your neighbors to see if they may have received the package;
- Check with your local post office or DPD point to see if they may have the package.
If all other fails, please contact our support email. They will further assist you.
Orders placed between Monday and Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders within the European Union usually take between 1-7 business days. We ship our orders from our warehouse in The Netherlands.
Unfortunately, after you place your order, we cannot make changes. To deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will immediately start working on it in our warehouse.
